- A look inside StrategyHub

Hey there,
The launch promotion for StrategyHub wraps up tomorrow at 11:59 PM US Eastern time, so I wanted to share something that I think you’ll enjoy.
One of the most important principles for me throughout this launch has been to prioritise giving free value. That’s precisely how I’ve built my business so far, and that’s why I’ve transparently shared so much of my behind-the-scenes thinking, research, and strategy.
My hope is that by providing high-quality + thoughtful content (rather than the conventionally recommended aggressive + salesy marketing), you’ll actually want to learn more from me, and you’ll trust me enough to invest into StrategyHub and yourself.
On that note, one of my favourite tactics I teach inside of StrategyHub, that is already proving to be one of the most popular with our early students is: traffic spying.
In other words - seeing how much web traffic your competitor / customer / vendor / investor etc gets, what channels they get it from, how its trending over time, which pages are most visited etc.

Below you’ll find some StrategyHub video tutorials that will teach you how to do this yourself (plus a few adjacent tactics you might enjoy too!)
For free. No strings attached.

🎥 How to view traffic data for any website
→ Traffic spying 101. This is absolutely magical data for countless reasons - anecdotally I get a tremendous amount of value from it for the use case of strategic market scans and ecosystem research: getting a better sense of scale, reach, market share, and even top-line-napkin-math-revenue for companies I’m analysing and in some cases - partnering with.

→ Even for non-SEO folks (e.g. me) and companies (e.g. mine), there’s SO much you can learn from researching Search terms, trends, volume, ads, etc. Google is essentially the world’s largest database of what people are currently wanting / feeling / finding / wondering / researching / considering / looking for - information that you can use in infinite ways.

→ Similar to traffic spying, this tutorial covers technology spying. Since you’re reading this, you’re probably like me and might share some inclination as a builder / maker / creator / hacker, so I guarantee you’ll find value in learning what tools, plugins, libraries make up the tech stack for a website you’re currently looking at.

If you did find these valuable, there are many many many more video tutorials inside StrategyHub covering all of my favourite playbooks and tactics (covering a much broader range of topics and datapoints), plus a comprehensive library of bonus materials to help you get the most out of what you learn, and apply it directly to your work.
If you still have any questions about StrategyHub, please reply to this email and let me know.
Enjoy!
