Hey there,

I’m beyond excited to announce that tomorrow StrategyHub will be available to buy.

The enthusiasm for the behind-the-scenes newsletter I’ve been sending has been incredible, so I hope you’ve enjoyed it too.

This email is important, and includes a few details on what you need to know about tomorrow, so please give it a read.

Here’s the details for tomorrow:

  • Starting tomorrow at 7:30am Eastern Time, you’ll be able join StrategyHub (I’ll be sending an email out with the link).

  • There will be Team Pricing available (20-45% off depending on number of licenses) for those planning to invest in more than one license.

For the first 100 students that join this week, I’m offering 2x additional bonuses:

  1. 💼 The full application package that landed me my dream job - Strategy & Operations Manager at Atlassian, working on product strategy for developer products.

This includes the actual unedited copies of 4x documents - my resume/CV, cover letter, website, and case study I submitted to apply for the role.

  2. 🎯 The 3x strategy documents I created when launching Strategy Breakdowns - these are the raw, personal strategy memos I wrote for myself, which laid out the foundation for my online business that eventually replaced my day job.

    This includes my copies of:

Seth Godin’s “Ship It Journal”: This is a personal launch document that contains answers to questions like “What are you afraid of?” and “What does perfect look like?”. A super valuable and highly recommended exercise for anyone launching anything from scratch.

Shaan’ Puri’s “Project Kickoff”: This is a document geared towards creating momentum. It helps you think through what winning looks like, not only in the abstract sense, but with specific numbers, then list out the tangible actions you’d need to take in order to get there.

‘Not a Newsletter’s “Newsletter Strategy Positioning Brief”: This is a helpful positioning document for anyone looking to launch a newsletter. It covers helpful scoping questions like “What’s the purpose of your newsletter?” and “Which audiences do you want to reach?” to ensure you have a clear view of your ‘offer’ when starting out.

I thought a lot about whether I felt comfortable sharing these documents, since they were never intended to be published. In the end, a good friend convinced me that for the right student, having access to these could be an asymmetric advantage at a critical time in their career, and potentially facilitate a life-changing outcome.

Perfectly aligned with the principles shaping StrategyHub as a whole.

Now look, I’ll be the first to say that these are by no means the greatest job applications and strategy docs ever created. Far from it. Rather, they are reference-points and examples that have had a transformational impact on my own journey.

Anecdotally, I’ve always found real reference documents like these, produced by people on a similar path to me, both incredibly challenging to find and incredibly useful.

My hope is that if you are someone who is also interested in things like (or things adjacent to):

  • Working in tech

  • Exploring strategy roles

  • Niching into product strategy

  • Starting a side-hustle

  • Creating business content

  • Scaling an online business

    etc

… either now or in the future, these will be helpful and proven reference documents to accelerate your journey.

As you can imagine, these ~7x documents are highly personal to me, so they will only be offered to the first 100 students that join this week, as a token of gratitude for giving me your trust.

After 100 enrolments, or this Sunday at midnight US Eastern Time (whichever is sooner), the additional bonuses will no longer be available.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your strategy journey, I want to help you.

StrategyHub is the best piece of work I’ve ever created, and I know it’s going to transform many lives this year.

I hope you’re one of the first success stories.

Keep an eye out for my email tomorrow. I can’t wait to see what you think of StrategyHub.

Cheers,

Tom
